At Teevorx™, we aim to deliver premium quality streetwear and a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request, you can contact us through either of the following:

  • WhatsApp: Through our official WhatsApp channel from which you receive order notifications after placing your order.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
